Dr. Sanvidhan G Suke is a graduate B.Pharm. from Nagpur University; post graduate M.Tech. in Biotechnology from Jadavpur University, Kolkata and obtained Ph.D. from University of Delhi. He received different fellowships, awards and grants from government and various national/international scientific bodies; for pre-doctoral work from CSIR, ICMR and post-doctoral work from DST. He has more than twelve years experience in research and teaching. He is the member of different national and international scientific societies. He guided number of graduate and post graduate students for their research activities and published number of papers in high impact journals and conference proceedings. He chaired scientific session and delivered the guest lecturers in the scientific events. He also serves as the editorial board member, guest editor and reviewer of various national and international journals including prestigious Nature group journal. Dr. Blanca Aguilar Uscanga is Biochemical Engineer in Food, has a Masters in Food Science (1991-1994), graduated from the Institute Technologic of Veracruz (ITV). She completed his doctoral studies in the specialty of Biotechnology in the National Institute of the Sciences Appliqués of Toulouse in France (1999-2003).
She is currently research professor and full time at the University of Guadalajara in the Centro Universitario de Ciencias Exactas e Ingenierías (CUCEI). The Dr. Aguilar, also teaches courses to the students in Pharmaceutical chemist and the Doctorate of Biotechnology Processes.
She belongs to the National System of Researchers in Mexico level 1, recognized by CONACYT. The research areas in which it working is: Food Biotechnology and Industrial Microbiology, which cover different lines of research such as: Obtaining bioactive compounds and metabolites of industrial importance, for the fermentative via, for the production and development of functional foods, fermented beverages, prebiotics, probiotics and food safety.
Dr. Aguilar Uscanga works in collaboration with various national institutions in México, such as the Technological Institute of Veracruz, Technological Institute of Tepic, Technological Institute of Tierra Blanca and ITSM Querétaro. Also has international collaboration with Institute Armand Frappier, Laval and Institute of Nutraceuticals and Functional Foods (INAF) in Quebec Canada.

Yousif Elhassaneen (YE) is a Professor and Head Department of Nutrition and Food Science and Ex-Dean Faculty of Home Economics (2009-2015) of Minoufiya University (MU). Research fields' interest of YE includes food science, human nutrition, functional foods, food chemistry/biochemistry, food Analysis, food biotechnology, food toxicology, food quality control systems, agro and food industry by-products/wastes management etc. PI and/or I in 13 National research projects, refereed 9 International research projects, active member in 17 Scientific Societies, membership in 32 scientific & University committees and Civil Society Organizations, Editor-in-Chief and Editor in 36 international Scientific peer-reviewed Journals, Chairman and reporter/coordinator in organizing committees of 69 conference and Symposiums, and attendance as speaker in 104 international and national conferences. YE got 21 training courses in USA, UK, Egypt etc., refereed 255 papers/articles published in the peer-reviewed International & National Journals and Proceedings of the International/National Conferences. Also, YE have been Member of Minoufiya University Council since 2009. YE have postdoctoral fellows in Applied Biochemistry, Plymouth University, UK, 2003. For M.Sc. and Ph.D. thesis, YE have supervised 129 theses offered, Defense committee of 189 theses offered and Committee supervision in 35 theses in progress in food science, human nutrition, nursing, food biotechnology, agricultural sciences, biochemistry, public health etc. YE have reviewed 245 papers for International peer-reviewed Journals.YE authored more than 120 papers and have contributed in more than 10 books in the field of Therapeutic Nutrition and Food Science.
