He is a researcher and scientist in the Pharmaceutical Organic Chemistry and Medicinal Chemistry Departments (at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Mansoura University, Mansoura, Egypt), his researches are mainly focusing on the design, synthesis, discovery, invention, characterization, molecular modeling, and biological screening/evaluation of new promising drugs, specially, for the challenging resistant diseases such as the neurodegenerative diseases & disorders (e.g., Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease and dementia), cancer & tumors (e.g. liver, cirrhosis, brain tumor and prostate cancer). He is a very famous professional expert (medicinal chemist, pharmacist, lecturer, and scientist) in the field of Medicinal Chemistry & Drug Discovery, as he succeeded in synthesis of drugs to resist aging & exhaustion, like antioxidants, antiobesity & antiaging agents, drugs for psychogenic & organic sexual dysfunction in both sexes, drug formulas for premature ejaculation in males, drug formulas for increasing libido in both sexes, medicines & formulas for premature ejaculation in males, drug formulas for increasing breasts & buttocks size in females, and drugs for reducing breasts (treatment of gynaecomastia in men) & buttocks size in males. In addition, he is acting on discovering new alternative advantageous beneficial green methods, techniques, and pathways for the synthesis of bioactive compounds and medicines (either known or new ones) to minimize costs, time, and unhealthy environmental dangers of the procedures of synthesis and also to increase the product yield, quality, and purity using, for example, microwave-assisted synthesis, sonochemistry, photochemistry, I.R. waves-assisted synthesis, U.V. waves-assisted synthesis and many other techniques of green chemistry, and also stereoselective synthesis, combinatorial synthesis of drugs along with computational chemistry. He discovered many new medicines and has many discoveries patents. Mohammed Hadi Al–Douh was born in Jeddah – Saudi Arabia in 1971 to Hadhrami parents. He studied and received his primary and secondary certificates from Al–Faisaliyyah National Secondary School in Riyadh – Saudi Arabia. He received his B. Sc. degree in Chemistry/Biology from Faculty of Science, Sana’a University, Sana’a, Rep. of Yemen in Jan. 1995. He employed in National Wildlife Research Center (NWRC) in Taif – Saudi Arabia from Aug. 1995 to Mar. 1996 in both secretary/computer office and biochemistry/genetics lab. Then, he employed in National Food Industries Company Ltd. (NFIC) in Jeddah – Saudi Arabia from Mar. 1996 to Nov. 1997. In that time (Jan. 1996 – July 1997), he studied and received his certificate in course of Industrial Engineering Technology from International Correspondence Schools (ICS), Center for Degree Studies (CDS), Scranton – Pennsylvania – USA. In Nov. 1997, he employed as a teaching assistant of general, organic and analytical chemistry in Chemical Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering and Petroleum, Hadhramout University (HU), Mukalla, Hadhramout, Rep. of Yemen. He received his M. Sc. degree in organic chemistry with the title "Synthesis and Characterization of Some Barbituric Acid Derivatives via Schiff Bases" from College of Science, Babylon University, Babylon, Iraq in Sept. 2002, under the supervision of the Professors Ali A. Al–Fatlawy and Obaid H. Al–Shemmiry. In June 2005, he started his Ph. D. degree in synthetic organic chemistry in School of Chemical Sciences, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), Pulau Penang – Malaysia, under the supervision of the Professors Hasnah Osman, Shafida Abd Hamid and Salizawati M. Salhimi. He received his Ph. D. degree in Mar. 2011 with the title "Synthesis, Characterization and Anti–Proliferation Study of Some Benzimidazole Derivatives". In Jan. 2011, he employed as an assistance professor doctor of synthetic organic chemistry in Chemistry Department, Faculty of Science, Hadhramout University (HU), Mukalla, Hadhramout, Rep. of Yemen. He worked in project as a post-doctoral research scientist from Sept. 2013 to Aug. 2014 in Chemistry Department, Kulliyyah of Science, International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), Kuantan, Pahang, Malaysia. He published more than 30 papers, and his research interests include synthesis new organic compounds, Natural products, 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy, X–Ray Crystallography, Catalysts, medicinal and pharmaceutical chemistry.

She published about 11 research papers in indexed (ISI & Scopus) international scientific journals, awarded the best co-authored paper at the Biannual Conference on Chemistry (04-Chem.), 2006 and awarded appreciate certificate for their outstanding effort in the field of environmental protection from The 22nd Conference on Environmental Protection is a Must, 2012. Dr. Lubna participated in writing a proposal to STDF and CLEQM was getting a financial amount 2,234,000 LE for Accreditation of Physico-Chemical Parameters of Inorganic Chemistry Department from STDF. Dr Lubna Participated in ISO 17025 (CALA) from 2004 to 2012, worked as a QC/QA chemist, worked successfully and excellently on the following instruments: ICP-OES &ICP-MS, FIMS, Ion analyzer, pH, EC, TS, DO, Alkalinity, Turbidity, Drill 2000 from 2000 until 2014 and worked as deputy of the inorganic chemistry department from 2011 to 2914 and I have been joined to technical office since 2014 in CLEQM. Zaikov was born in Omsk, Siberia (USSR) where he graduated from their primary, middle, and high school. He also graduated from a musical professional school where he studied violin and pianoforte. However, his parents Efrem and Matrena decided that it might be better for their son to continue his education by following in the footsteps of his mother - a chemistry teacher in High School and Omsk’s Medical Institute (his father was a mathematician and land-surveyor). Therefore, in 1952 Gennady moved to Moscow where he entered the Moscow State University (MSU), and he graduated with a chemistry degree in December 1957. His bachelor’s degree dealt with the problem of separating Li6 and Li7 isotopes. After this he joined the Institute of Chemical Physics (ICP) in Moscow in February 1958. In 1996 this Institute was split into two parts: N. N. Semenov Institute of Chemical Physics (ICP) and N. M. Emanuel Institute of Biochemical Physics. At the present time Prof. G. E. Zaikov is working at the N. M. Emanuel Institute of Biochemical Physics (IBP). So, G.E. Zaikov never changed place of his job.
Gennady was originally invited to ICP by Professor Nikolai Markovich Emanuel. Under his guidance, G. E. Zaikov defended in 1963 his Ph.D. thesis entitled “Comparison of the Kinetics and Mechanism of Oxidation of the Organic Compounds in Gaseous and Liquid Phases” in 1963. These results were foundation for industrial application. It was built plant floor in Moscow petrochemical plant (Kapotnya district) for production of 10000 tons/year acetic acid and 5000 tons/year methylethylketone by oxidation of n-butane in liquid phase in critical conditions (50 atm, 150 0C). The main contributors of this plant floor were N.M. Emanuel, E.A. Blumberg, Z.K. Maizus, M.G. Bulygin, E.B. Chizhov and G.E. Zaikov. In 1968, he defended a Doctor of Science thesis entitled “The Role of Media in Radical-Chain Oxidation Reactions”. In 1970 he became a full professor.
In 1966, Gennady began to become involved with polymer science. N. M. Emanuel charged Zaikov with the organization of work on problems associated with aging and stabilization of polymers, and, later, with the combustion of polymeric materials. In the 1970s there were about 1000 scientists (about 50 research centers) in the U.S.S.R. working on these problems including 200 scientists from ICP under Zaikov’s leadership. The research was conducted on all aspects of these polymer problems thermal degradation, oxidation, ozonolysis, photodegradation and radiation degradation, hydrolysis, biodegradation, mechanical degradation, pyrolysis, and flammability. Scientists from synthetic laboratories of this division (Prof. V.V. Ershov, E.G. Rozantsev, K.M. Dyumaev) prepared several very important and original stabilizers for polymers and organized production of these stabilizers.
After “perestroika and degradation” of the U.S.S.R. in 1991, the new Russian government decreased the financial support of science significantly. So, G. E. Zaikov has now with him in the N. M. Emanuel Institute only 15 coworkers (instead of 200 in 1970–1980s).
He compensated the decreasing of scientists in his Institute by increasing of cooperation with another research centers in Russia and abroad.

Dr. P. Krishna Moorthy is well known academician and outstanding researcher in Chemistry. In particular, he has made important contributions in adsorption studies, synthesis and characterisation of Non linear optic crystals used in the Laser technology and Nanocomposite Zeolite based material which is used as proton exchange membranes in Fuel cells. He has prepared and characterise the macro porous carbon in the adsorption studies and to remove the organic contaminant and heavy metals in the potable water. In his work, Professor P.Krishnamoorthy proposed various empirical formulas and analyse its validity by the literature data’s in differential settling of bidisperse suspensions. In his experimental study he used various micron sized glass spherical particle in various fluid medium. He is a good academician and worked more than 20 years in teaching field.He handled physical chemistry ,inorganic chemistry for B.Sc ,M.Sc classes and Applied chemical technology, Inorganic chemical technology for B.Tech classes. He is incessantly exploring several promising possibilities to develop echo friendly adsorbents and oxidants in his work. He further synthesis and characterise the pure and alkali metal doped Bis-thiourea barium chloride semi-organic NLO crystal. Further his research area focussed on the various metal catalysis of echo friendly oxidant of per borate oxidation of Substituted 5-Oxo acids. He is an eminent reviewer and editor in various international journals and reviewed more than 50 research manuscripts. Prof .P. Krishna moorthy has published many books and many research papers in various national and international journals .He has also attended and presented papers in several national and international conferences and journals. It promotes the exchange and mutual enrichment of knowledge in international dialogue via conferences and other meetings.
