Biography

born on the (30 March 1987) has conceptualized nearly half-dozen of theory on different disciplines (M-Theory, M-Theory of Communication, Multi-Dimensional Interactional Literary Criticism Approach, Middle-Way Research Approach, Unemployment Management, and Non-Labor Management etc.). Through PhD thesis he has given ‘Spiral of Violence Theory’; an anti-thesis of ‘Spiral of Silence’ by Elizabeth Noelle Neumann (1974). He himself is engaged in experimentation of cycle of Silence-Violence notion on minority perception for his further D.lit. Author has developed anti-Marxist tradition, where he crushed the Communist flag blaming they are bourgeois. He has defined ‘Non-Workers’ are a pure proletariat of post-postmodern era, who does have nothing to lose actually. Biography

I hold a master’s degree in history from Jiwaji University Gwalior (MP), India and a Master of Philosophy degree in Peace Studies from Central University of Gujarat. My interest in academia dates back to my years in higher secondary school, where I studied Political Science, Arabic, and History. During my M.A program, I had an opportunity to study a number of papers in Indian and world history and culture. Reading history with political science was enlightening which provided me with a new and different perspective about the world in which we live. 
I am optimistic, passionate and dedicated about my responsibilities with utmost enthusiasm and see to it that I complete my tasks and assignments on time. I have a great amount of perseverance to achieve my goal. I am always ready to face challenges and get along with people very well. I believe in vision and action. I learn from my mistakes. 
 

Research Interest
  • Political History of Modern India

In political history, my interested area is partition of India, impacts and its relevance with partition of Palestine, Discourse of Muslim identity after partition in Indian sub-continent, Role of religion in the formation of separate Muslim identity

  • Kashmir History

I am well expert on Kashmir history particularly from post-1930’s. The Kashmir conflict, insurgency, and role of Hurriyat are mine interested areas. 

  • Human Rights Violation in Kashmir Valley

In the concept of human rights, my interested area of research is torture, arbitrary detention, forced disappearance, half-widows, Custodial deaths and fake encounters.

About 20 years’ experience in a multi-specialty hospital out of which 12 years as a Medical Social worker and Research Associate based on the policies and practices which are followed by the social service staff within the mission and vision of the organization and related to the standards of Christian Medical College, Vellore, Tamilnadu, India. Worked for the continuous development of the hospital by providing highest quality of service through planning, organizing, mentoring, controlling, monitoring and evaluating the department activities to meet the demands of the clients, blood donors and the community. Worked as a Coordinator and liaison in blood bank for the recruitment and retention of voluntary blood donors, organizing voluntary blood donation camps and organ donation campaigns, counseling of blood donors and organ donors and designing and executing social/medical research. And also having 5 years’ experience in a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) as a Project consultant/Manager. Published about 20 research works in national and international journals. Completed Ph.D in Social Sciences, registered under Thiruvalluvar University (Tamilnadu State University)from RUHSA Department (Rural Unit for Health and Social Affairs, Christian Medical College, Vellore, India.

Biography

Currently, Dr. Rabiul Ahasan is working as an Associate Professor at Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA), Malaysia. He has been teaching semester courses and supervised postgraduate students interns' from multidisciplinary area of science, technology, and medicine.  Dr. Ahasan achieved more than seven grants for his career research and published numerious articles in the area of industrial hygiene, human factors and ergonomics. His major research objectives are related to occupational health, environmental medicine, industrial and work related problems and solutions.
